Utility Services and Billing Information

Gas and electric services must be arranged prior to move-in. Residents must provide proof of this arrangement before unit keys are issued. Residents are billed for these services based on usage. Listed below are some instructions and telephone numbers to assist you in turning on your utilities:

Request to have your phone line activated. All homes will have at least one working phone jack. The telephone company can usually turn the phone on without coming out. We do require that all residents have their current telephone number on file at the Resident Services Office.

Please ask that the electricity be placed in your name. You may find the electricity already on upon move-in. If you fail to have the electricity switched over to your name when you take possession of your home, it can be turned off at any time without notice. Please ask the gas company to enter your house and service the appliances (i.e. stove, wall heater, and water heater) on the available date given to you by the leasing office.
