If you are expecting a service or repair person other than University staff who will need to enter your unit when you are not home, contact the Crest Resident Services Office. A staff person will let the authorized person into your unit. However, our staff person will not remain in your unit while the work is being conducted. The service person will be instructed to return to the Crest Resident Services Office upon completion of service so that your unit may be locked.
