Housing parking spaces are limited so please make sure you have a parking permit before you bring your car to campus. Crest Family Housing parking permits are for parking in Crest Family Housing only.
All residents with a car are required to show your current vehicle registration in order to purchase a parking permit from the Crest Resident Services Office at 3498 Avocado Street. Permits are purchased annually for a minimal fee. A maximum of two permits may be issued per unit. Guests may park in the complex provided they place a guest-parking permit on their dashboard. Guest permits are issued at the Crest RSO. Should you need additional guest permits for a special occasion, you must contact the Crest RSO for parties requiring more than two guest permits (Guest permits are signed out and returned to the RSO after use). Additional parking must be moved to Lot 24.
If a parking permit or guest permit is lost or stolen, a fee of $15.00 will be assessed.
Parking of recreational vehicles, i.e. parking boats, campers, motor homes, etc., is not permitted in Family Housing due to limited space. Residents should make arrangements to store these items with a storage company.
When Residents move out, their parking permits are to be turned in to the Crest Resident Services Office and that permit will become null and void upon moving out. Residents will be charged a $15.00 fee for lost permits and/or guest permits.
Parking on lawns is prohibited.
