Residents are required to maintain the cleanliness of the exterior of their units. Should a unit accumulate unsightly debris, including recycling products outside of the home (and see "Outside Furniture and Playground Equipment"), a notice will be sent to clean up the area.
CAR WASH
Due to Governmental Storm Drain restrictions, car washing in Canyon Crest Family Housing is not allowed. There is a car wash facility located on Blaine Street.

Fences are allowed in Family Housing. Residents must complete a request to build a fence at the Crest Resident Services Office. A permit will be issued upon approval that is good for 30 days. Once you begin erecting your fence, you have a maximum of 21 days to complete the project.
