TREES
The landscaping of the Family Housing complex was carefully planned out with the development of the community. Landscapers and architects planned for an assortment of trees and shrubbery that would compliment the neighborhoods while working well within our environment and climate. Residents are strictly forbidden to plant their own trees. This includes fruit trees of any type. Additionally, Residents are not allowed to trim or alter any trees or shrubs around their homes.
Occasionally some trees require trimming by special crews. Residents are notified when this work will be done. Do not allow shrubs and vines to overtake doors and windows or cover the exterior of your home. This can cause damage that is costly to repair. If, during your stay, you notice a tree or shrub needs some type of maintenance, please contact the Crest Resident Services Office and place a work order. Residents are responsible for raking leaves in their yards. Once leaves are raked up in piles, contact the Crest Resident Services Office and the Grounds staff will come out to pick the leaves up.
