The only furniture allowed on lawns is furniture specifically designed for outside patio use. No interior furniture is allowed. Your yard is not to be used for a storage area.

Barbecue grills, Hibachis, etc. are allowed. Please use good safety judgment as you use this equipment to prevent fire hazards. Residents who wish to prepare grilled foods and do not own their own grill may use the barbecue grills supplied at the Crest Park. You must supply your own charcoal. WARNING: Do not dispose of hot coals in the trash containers. You must cool down the coals by watering them down. Safety is imperative. Hot coals must never be left in the barbecue pit. DO NOT EVER leave a grill unattended.

Swing sets may be installed in yards. Residents must complete a request, available at the Crest Resident Services Office, prior to installation. There are specific guidelines that are required to insure the safety of this equipment. Please take care to follow them explicitly. Residents with in-the-ground playground equipment are responsible for maintaining the lawns around these areas.

Upon move-out, if the equipment has not been sold to the incoming family (sale subject to approval by Crest staff), the out-going Resident is responsible for removing the equipment and re-filling all holes left. Failure to remove the equipment upon move-out will result in charges.

Swings and ropes of all types hanging from trees are prohibited. Tree houses and trampolines are prohibited.

Pools are popular especially in the summer when the temperatures rise. Wading pools are allowed. Adult supervision is required around all pools that are filled with water. We encourage Residents to empty the pool to water the lawn. Filled pools may never be left unattended. Pools must be moved off of the lawn on mowing days.
