Overview

Residents are required to maintain the cleanliness of the exterior of their units. Should a unit accumulate unsightly debris, including recycling products outside of the home (and see "Outside Furniture and Playground Equipment"), a notice will be sent to clean up the area.

CAR WASH

Due to Governmental Storm Drain restrictions, car washing in Canyon Crest Family Housing is not allowed. There is a car wash facility located on Blaine Street.

No Wolmanized pressure treated lumber (aka green board) may be used for any purpose at Family Housing
